Physical and Mental Health

When we take care of ourselves, our minds work better and we are happier people.  It is so important to feel well to accomplish all that is needful.  We also hope to live longer and enjoy a full life. 

    1.  Sleep (see priority 1)

    2.  Nutritious Meals & Snacks

    • create menu plans
    • make grocery lists


    3.  Exercise

    • stretch daily
    • improve fitness level
    • aerobic exercise 3x/week
    • sports/dance
    4.  Hygiene

    5.  Mental Health

    • rest & relax
    • take time for yourself
    • stress reduction
    • socialize/maintain friendships
    • try a new hobby


    6.  Air & Sunshine

    • get outside more
    • enjoy nature
