Priority  #1: 
Sleep and Routines

Sleep is a number one priority as I know we will function better when we have had enough sleep.  When this becomes a habit for our family we will change our top priority to a new area of focus.  Along with sleep we need to have a routine to prepare for bed at the right time, and one to get us going in the morning.

Mom and Dad

Bedtime Routine at 10pm
Lights Out at 11pm
Wake Up at 6am
Morning Routine till 7am

Kids

Bedtime Routine at 8pm
Lights Out at 9pm
Wake Up at 6:30am
Morning Routine till 7am
