This year we will be learning and reading the poetry of 6 different poets.  To fully participate in this area of study, it is highly recommended that you join the LDSMomEd email list.  For each poet, a kind list member has offered to post links, resources, poems, and insights to guide us in our study.  Over the year, new links and resources will be added to this page.  Poetry fills our minds with wonder and creativity.  If you have never read poetry before... you are in for a treat!

It is recommended that you keep a record of your favorite poems for each poet.  Keep a poetry notebook to copy them into.  This will become your own personal book of selected poems.  You can add to it over the years and include poems by any poet, and maybe someday... poems you write yourself.
