For each hymn/song you will find a list of suggested articles, poems, lesson ideas, extra scriptures, or internet references etc.  We choose one or two of these suggestions to include in our Sunday lessons for that hymn/song.

Oh, What Do You Do in the Summertime (CS pg. 245)

• Discuss with your family any summer activities they would really like to do, but have not done so far this summer.  Plan for these where possible.

• Try to learn all 8 verses.  You could practice verses 1 & 2 on Sunday, verse 3 on Monday, verse 4 on Tuesday and so on.
• Encourage each family member to share their favourite Book of Mormon story by telling it in their own words.

• Sit in a circle, then sing the song where family members take turns singing only one of the books in the Book of Mormon.  Continue around the circle till the song is finished.
